PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM RESTAURANT PRODUCTS GUILD AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Terms

The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by RPG. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

RPG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

Orders and Prices

RPG accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase.

All prices are shown in US dollars sterling and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

All edition prices may be subject to change.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, RPG will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to RPG through authorize.net by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm RPG has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact the online service at the RPG website.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, RPG will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

RPG is under no obligation to accept any order.

Delivery

RPG may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept the delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. RPG cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

If RPG are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, our representative of sales will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.

RPG is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in the delivery of an order. RPG is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

Returns

In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact our online service. 
RPG accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
